Vivostat A/S acknowledge that you care about, how we store, use and share information about you. This Privacy policy aims to provide an overview of the processes we have in place to ensure confidentiality and is used only for the purposes for which it is provided.

Personal information

Our website does not store or capture any personal information automatically.

In Vivostat A/S all handling of personal data is directly related to the nature of doing business. We do not store personal data if not directly related to a business agreement, employment or an ongoing job application.

If you contact Vivostat A/S, either via a specific form on our website or by email, you are providing personal data voluntarily and will get status as a business contact. Such data might be made available to a third-party business partner or IT suppliers that stores and process personal data on our behalf. This happens in accordance with the data privacy legislation.

Our data processing is carried out with reference to the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency. Personal data is collected only for explicitly stated and legitimate purposes, and we observe the principle of data minimisation:

  • Personal data in relation to business agreements will be kept for up to 5 years after agreement is terminated.
  • Personal data related to employment will be kept for up to 12 months after employment has been terminated. However, accounting records must be kept for 5 years, after which they are also deleted.
  • Personal data related to job applicants will be deleted as soon as the recruitment procedure has been completed.

We process personal data on the legal bases of GDPR art. 6 (1)(b).

While in an ongoing business relationship, we strive to ensure that all information is accurate and up to date. The principles of retention limitation, integrity, confidentiality and responsible data handling are paramount.

Automated collection of data

We collect a minimum of data when you visit our website. As described in section Personal information, non-personal information is captured automatically.

Data collecting on our website is based on different technologies and related to user-friendliness, security and analysing of clickstream data, either used directly by us or by a third party on our behalf.

When you visit our website the browser you use sends a digital message to our server. This digital message includes information to be used to analyse our digital solution. Data is collected via third parties on our behalf. Browser data might be collected to administer our system and for internal marketing related analyses of user behaviour. Examples of data collected:

  • IP address used and the geographical location (on a city level)
  • information about the browser and computer used (type, version, operating system, etc.)
  • URL from referral site (the page from which the visitor has come to our website)
  • pages visited on our website (and similar behaviour data)

We are the data controller of the collected data. Data might be made available to a third-party business partner or IT suppliers for analytical purposes. Collected data will not be disclosed for other purposes unless consent is given or there is a legal requirement.

You have the right to request us rectifying your personal data and restrict the processing of the data we hold about you.

Upon your request we will erase your personal data earlier than stated above unless we have a legal requirement to keep the data.
